    Return & Cancellation Policy

    RETURN POLICY

    • All Returnable Items are Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee in Original Packaging & Documentation, If Returnable.
    • Please Contact Us at info@dynacode.com.sg to request for a Return Material Authorization number(RMA).
      In Your Request, Please state your Company Name, Your Name, Your Email & Contact Number, Order No , Item Part Number, Quantity and Reason for Return. We will process your request within 48 hours Business Day.
    • Please ensure that the returnable item is returned with Original Packaging and Items (all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.) Missing or used items will be billed accordingly.
    • Customer is responsible for all Return Shipping Costs to Dynacode Systems Pte Ltd.
      If the return is the result of a Dynacode Systems Pte Ltd error, we’ll refund return shipping costs as well.
    • On the return part, you need to indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package, if no RMA number is indicated, it will be at Dynacode's discretion to accept or not accept the Returnable Item/s.

    CANCELLATION POLICY 

    • Need to cancel an order? We pride ourselves on processing and sending customer orders fast. So once an order is placed, in most cases our fulfilment systems will have your items picked, packed and sent for delivery within 24 hrs(Subject to Item Availability).
      This means you will need to call our Customers Support Team on +65 6474 3822 if you have placed an order that you wish to cancel.
    • When contacting us, please have the following information ready. Your Company Name, Your Name, Your Email & Contact Number,
      Order Confirmation Number, Item Part Number, Quantity and Reason for Cancellation.
    • We will process your request within 48 hours and provide a cancellation confirmation by email.
