Thank you for visiting and shopping at dynacode.com.sg. Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute Our Local Shipping Policy for Deliveries in SINGAPORE ONLY.
Local Delivery Policy
Delivery Processing Time
All Orders are Processed within 2-3 Business Days (Subject to Stock Availability). All shipments will be shipped or delivered during the Business Day. There will not be any deliveries during Weekends or Public Holidays.
Order cut-off timing is 4pm Mon – Fri. If an Order is received after 4pm, It will be Considered the Next Day.
If we are experiencing a High Volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please Allow Additional Days in Transit For Delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, We will Contact you via Email or Telephone.
Delivery rates & delivery estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Insurance
All single or multiple items ordered, whose value is above S$100.00 will automatically have insurance included at 2% of the item or items value.
** There will be a different charge If goods are more than 30kg.
** If goods are available, delivery will be next business working day.
*** Delivery rates will be based on actual packing weight/dimension weight whichever is higher .
**** For Jurong Island deliveries please check with us.
Delivery confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active for 24 hours.
Payment Information
We accept PayNow and Giro (internet banking). We will ship only after we have received the funds.
Damages
If you received your order/item & it is damaged, please do the following:
- Contact Dynacode at +65 6474 3822 at info@dynacode.com.sg
- Have Ready - the Invoice Number, Picture of the Damaged Packaging, Picture of Damaged Part, and Save All Original Materials & Packaging.
- We will Provide Instructions on How to Return It.
